Visiting Dr Yuide
On arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for ‘check-in’ at reception. Prior to your appointment you will have received an important registration document from Dr Yuide and his team. Please complete this prior to your appointment.

The duration of your appointment will be determined by the complexity of your condition. however New consultations are usually 30 minutes.

What you'll discuss
During your consultation

Dr Yuide will conduct a full medical history and examination. He will discuss the findings of the consultation with you and if further appointments, surgery or medications are required these will be explained. Where surgery is recommended, Dr Yuide will discuss the procedure with you, guide you through a consent process and answer any questions you may have. After your appointment, Dr Yuide will liaise with your referring doctor and any other relevant parties.

What will it cost?

As a specialist, a consultation fee will apply when you attend an appointment with Dr Yuide. If you are a Medicare card holder a portion of your consultation fee will receive a rebate.

As Dr Yuide consults at multiple locations, his team will usually take payment details prior to the appointment from his head office. Payment for the consultation will not be processed until after your consultation has concluded.

The fees charged by Dr Yuide for consultations and surgical procedures reflect the costs incurred in running a medical practice. Any out-of-pocket expense for surgical procedures will depend on the complexity of the procedure and your private health insurance fund. If you have any questions regarding fees, please do not hesitate to discuss them with Dr Yuide or his team.
